By accessing and using the Sarit Expo Centre website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Sarit Expo Centre. A binding contract is formed only upon receipt of our written confirmation and the required deposit payment. Bookings are non-transferable without prior written consent.

A deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the event date. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

• More than 60 days before: 25% of total cost
• 30-60 days before: 50% of total cost
• Less than 30 days before: 100% of total cost

Sarit Expo Centre shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property except where caused by our negligence. Event organisers are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage.

Sarit Expo Centre shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, epidemics, or civil unrest.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
