2. Venue Booking Terms
2.1 Booking Confirmation
All venue bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the signed booking agreement and payment of the required deposit.
2.2 Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking
- Full payment must be received at least 14 days before the event
- Late payments may result in booking cancellation
- All prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated
2.3 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations more than 60 days before the event: 75% refund
- Cancellations 30-60 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 30 days before the event: No refund
- Rescheduling fees may apply based on availability
3. Exhibition Space Terms
3.1 Space Allocation
Exhibition spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to relocate exhibitors if necessary for operational reasons.
3.2 Setup and Breakdown
- Setup times will be communicated in the exhibitor manual
- All exhibits must be removed by the specified breakdown time
- Late removal may incur additional charges
3.3 Exhibitor Responsibilities
- Comply with all safety regulations and venue policies
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- Respect neighboring exhibitors and attendees
- Clean and restore space to original condition
4. Facility Use
4.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited on our premises:
- Smoking in non-designated areas
- Use of hazardous materials without prior approval
- Loud music or noise beyond agreed hours
- Illegal activities or sale of prohibited items
4.2 Security and Liability
While we provide 24/7 security, Sarit Expo Centre is not liable for theft, damage, or loss of exhibitor or client property. All clients are advised to obtain appropriate insurance.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sarit Expo Centre and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
